Zack is a licensed California Realtor who has sold more than 170 apartment units in the San Francisco/Bay Area over the last 10 years. He has helped dozens of these clients reinvest their proceeds into safe income-producing commercial properties throughout California and the U.S.

He understands both sides of a real estate transaction (buying & selling.) Income property owners have seen huge amounts of appreciation over the last few decades. The majority of these owners, when they sell, usually 1031 Exchange their proceeds to defer their capital gains tax. These sellers quickly become "starker" exchange buyers looking for viable commercial property for reinvestment.

Zack received his training with two of the largest commercial brokerage houses in the country. He understands how to evaluate commercial property and knows the active brokers and brokerage houses. He can help you develop an exchange strategy that best fits your investment goals long before escrow closes on your "downleg" sale.
